Safely Restarting Filemaker Server v. 17 & 18

If you need to restart your OnSite/FileMaker server, there are some steps that need to be completed to make sure that your files are not damaged.
Steps
1. Log into the server where the Filemaker Admin Console is located
2. Open the Admin Console (the default credentials are admin for the username and password)
3. Navigate to the Databases Tab
4. Disconnect all users
5. Close the Databases
6. Stop the Database Server
