How do I take a customer off hold status?

A customer's account can be taken off hold once the inital hold status issue is resolved. This is done from the Customers Module. Once you are in the customer profile, the receivables tab contains the section to change the hold status. Clicking the ID/Status box will display a drop down menu to select the appropriate status.
