There is an option to add thumbnails to the designs that are created in the OnSite system.  If you are trying to upload thumbnails and clicking the green arrow to upload thumbnails does nothing, than most likely the issue is the machine is missing the proper Filemaker plugin.  You can download the plugins from the links below.

 

NOTE: This is only needed for OnSite 7

These plug-ins need to be placed in the extensions folder that resides inside the Filemaker folder.  See screenshot below for path
