How do I get an activity to be automatically created when I email through the system?

The OnSite system has a feature that will automatically create an activity in the system when a user emails through it. To turn on this feature, open the "User Preferences" tool then click on the "Email" tab. the user must chose option 2 or 3 for email preferences. Refer to the video & screenshot below.
