 If you need to be able to see the names of the users in Filemaker/OnSite, you can change the User Display Name directly in Filemaker Pro.

 1. Log out of OnSite and make sure that Filemaker Pro is closed

2. Open Filemaker Pro (Not OnSite)

3. Click on Edit

4. Change User Name 

5. Confirm, this will need to be done on each workstation.
