Why am I missing Orders on my Commission Report?

There are a few reasons that commissions may be missing on orders.  Below are two of the most common reasons, and how to fix them.

1. Changes were made to commissions settings or structures AFTER orders were created.  These would include: New employee or Employee commission rate change Order Type or Customer changes How to Fix:  Use the Record Tools button to default necessary options.

2.  The commission report is to narrow due to criteria restrictions  Criteria includes date range, user, order statuses, commission statuses, etc How to Fix:  Perform a wide range Find and Calculate, then reduce the records afterwards.
