Please note that the following procedure is for any user that is using our cloud hosting option. If you are using your own cloud hosting option, you will want to check with your cloud manager to make sure these settings will not conflict with your internal procedures.

This video will go over how to do the following:

Windows-

•Saving Passwords

•Edit the RDP icon to allow access to local folders and other resources(printers, thumb drives, etc) from the RDP

•Remote Audio and Recording

•Display Settings

Macs-

•Downloading the correct app from the App Store

•Setting up a user profile

•Editing the RDP session to allow access to local resources
