How do I merge customer accounts?

The OnSite system has the ability to allow a user to merge customer accounts.  This can be useful for duplicate customers or companies that were bought by another.  Merging customers is employee access controlled.  To merge a customer, see the video below.

 NOTE: Merging Customer accounts requires that you have proper access rights.

NOTE: Be careful when Merging Customer accounts:

  • This CANNOT be undone
  • ALL Orders and invoices, past and present are merged together
  • ALL Payments and Credit/Debit memos, past and present are merged together
