There are new emailing options in OnSite 8.4. The system also has the ability to allow a user to use multiple email addresses for outbound emails.  Below is a video on how to setup this feature in your OnSite program.

 NOTE: If using option 3, see email format options below. These will affect how the email looks when sent.

OnSite has three separate default E-mail Format options. These format options are: Text, Rich and HTML.  Locate the drop down for Default E-mail Format and make your selection based on the following.

Text format will strip all formatting such as font color and the sent e-mail will contain only basic text.

Rich format will not strip basic formatting so you are able to send e-mails containing formatting such as font color.

HTML format allows you to use HTML in your e-mail body such as a basic table with rows in similar makeup to an HTML signature.
